Bradford Social runs Meta ads for Sydney businesses. One channel, no juniors, no lock-in contracts. If your ads aren't returning more than they cost, we'll tell you why on a free call.
Most agencies sell you seven services and do all of them at a six out of ten. We do one thing — Facebook and Instagram ads — and we've built the whole business around being genuinely hard to beat at it.
That means the person on your kick-off call is the same person inside your ad account on a Tuesday afternoon. No handovers, no account managers relaying messages, no "strategy team" you never hear from again after the pitch.
What we do
Full management of your Meta campaigns — structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, exclusions and the daily grind of optimisation. You get a weekly email in plain English telling you what we spent, what came back, and what we're changing.
The algorithm does the targeting these days — creative is the strategy. We script, brief and produce the videos and statics that go in your account, then test new hooks every week and kill the losers fast.
A great ad pointed at a slow, confusing page is money on fire. We audit where your clicks land and fix the leaks — before we scale your spend, not after.
Most people don't buy the first time they see you. We build the layers that bring warm audiences back — usually the cheapest revenue in your entire account — and keep past customers spending.
The retainer, itemised
Agencies love vague "full-service management" promises. Here's ours written down, so you can hold us to it.
Recent work
A two-truck operation running entirely on word of mouth. Ninety days of lead campaigns and a proper follow-up process took them to a booked-out calendar — and a third truck on order.
Stuck at break-even ROAS with fatigued creative and a messy account. We rebuilt the structure, put a weekly creative testing system in place, and Meta became their number one revenue channel by month three.
Great weekends, dead Tuesdays. Geo-targeted event campaigns within 8km of the venue filled midweek trivia and live music nights, and built a 12,000-person local audience they now own.
Results vary by industry, offer and budget — anyone who guarantees you a number before seeing your business is lying to you. On the call we'll tell you what's realistic for yours, with references available on request.
How it works
This is the exact sequence every client goes through. We don't skip the boring parts — the boring parts are where the money is.
We pull apart your ad account, tracking, past results and competitors. If you've never run ads, we map the market instead. You keep the audit either way — even if you don't hire us.
You get a one-page plan: audiences, creative angles, budget split, and the numbers we're aiming for. Written so your accountant could read it, not just your marketing mate.
Campaigns go live with tracking verified first. The opening fortnight is deliberate testing — finding your winning creative and audiences before we put real money behind anything.
Budget flows to what's working. Fresh creative goes in weekly so performance climbs instead of fatiguing. You see everything — it's your account, your data, your Business Manager.
Who you're dealing with
Bradford Social is a Sydney-based team that deliberately stays small and takes on a limited number of clients at a time. We'd rather do exceptional work for twelve businesses than average work for fifty.
Everything is built in your own Meta Business Manager. If you ever leave, you keep the account, the audiences, the creative and the data. Agencies that hold your account hostage are telling you something about how they expect the relationship to end.
We work with businesses across Sydney and Australia-wide — from tradies on the Northern Beaches to ecommerce brands shipping out of Alexandria warehouses.
"I started Bradford Social after watching too many good local businesses get burned — signed into 12-month contracts, handed to a junior, and sent reports full of numbers that never turned into customers.
So the rules here are simple: no lock-ins, no percentage-of-spend fees, and you talk to the person actually running your ads. If we're not making you money, you should fire us. That deal keeps us honest."
Before you book
Questions we get on every call
A flat monthly management fee, quoted after the audit once we know the scope. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta. We don't charge a percentage of spend — that model rewards agencies for spending more of your money, not for making you more.
You choose your own ad spend — it's your money and your risk tolerance. That said, we suggest starting above $650 a month, because below that the account struggles to gather enough data to optimise properly and results take a lot longer to show. Whatever your budget, we'll tell you honestly on the call what it can realistically achieve.
No. Month to month, 30 days' notice, and you keep the account and everything in it. Long lock-ins exist to protect agencies that can't perform.
The first two to three weeks are testing — that part isn't optional, and anyone promising overnight results on paid social is selling you something. Most clients see clear signals by week four and results worth scaling inside 60–90 days.
Google captures demand that already exists — people searching for you. Meta creates demand — putting you in front of people who didn't know they needed you. Most businesses eventually want both, run by a specialist in each. We're the Meta one, and we'll happily tell you if Google should come first for your situation.
Yes — we're Sydney-based but run campaigns for clients Australia-wide. Local clients get face-to-face kick-offs; everyone else gets the same work over video calls and a shared Slack channel.
You do. Everything is built inside your own Meta Business Manager — the account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative. If we part ways, you keep all of it and it keeps working. We just lose access.
Access to your Business Manager (or we'll set one up together), any photos or footage of your work, and about an hour of your time for the kick-off. After that we need roughly 15 minutes a week from you — mostly approving creative and telling us which leads turned into actual jobs or sales.
No, and that's on purpose. Every platform rewards specialists now, and pretending to master all of them is how agencies end up mediocre at everything. If your business genuinely suits TikTok or Google better, we'll say so on the audit call and point you to someone good.
A shared channel (Slack or WhatsApp, your pick) for quick things, the weekly performance email, and a monthly strategy call. You'll never be chasing us for an update — if something big changes in your account, you hear it from us first.
Tell us about your business and we’ll come back with a straight answer on what we’d do, what it would cost, and whether Meta ads are even the right move for you.
